Healthy Problems During Ramadhan Fasting


Althought we have known that Ramadhan Fasting will give us healthy psyche and body, but, certain lifestyle during Ramadan fasting can cause health problems in some people. Here are some health problems that may occur when you run on Ramadhan Fasting. Below are the thing to prevention or treatment if you get health problems during fasting.
1.      Bloating and abdominal obstruction
Flatulence caused by eating too much fried and fatty foods and gas-producing foods such as eggs and cabbage. Carbonated drinks such as coca cola also cause gas. To overcome this problem, avoid too much oily foods, fat and produce gas, multiply drink water or fruit juice.
2.      Low blood pressure
Excessive sweating, weakness, lethargy, lack of energy, dizziness (especially when rising from a seat), the face pale and seemed about to faint are symptoms of low blood pressure. Symptoms generally appear in the afternoon. To fix this, add salt and serving drinks in the evening and multiply the rest in the afternoon. If blood pressure remains too low, consult your doctor.
3.      Head of Dizziness
Causes of headache generally is the lack of sleep and hunger, especially in the first days of fasting when the body has not adapted to the fast rhythm. Smokers or coffee drinkers may feel dizzy because of the absence of caffeine and nicotine intake is usually obtained in the body during the day. To overcome this, subtract the portion gradually drinking coffee and smoking for a week or two weeks before Ramadan. Arrange your bed time with a new pattern in the month of Ramadan so that you get enough rest.
4.      Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
Weakness, dizziness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, sweating, shaking (tremor) and less energy is a symptom of lack of blood sugar. For people who do not suffer from diabetes, the cause is too much sugar at the time of dawn so that the body out too much insulin causing the blood sugar dropped. To prevent this, eat foods rich in carbohydrates and less sugary foods and beverages during the meal.
5.      Joint pain
The causes of joint pain usually is due to additional load on the joints when tarawih prayer. For the elderly and those suffering from arthritis, joint pressure that causes sore, stiff muscles, swelling and other discomforts. To overcome this, subtract the weight so load your joints is reduced. Train your legs before Ramadan so strong to get an additional burden in time tarawih prayer.
