What do vegetarians when they keep your body stay in shape while fasting in Ramadan? Most of them who have a hobby as a vegetarian, actually have tips in doing fasting, so that their bodies stay fit and fresh. Here are some their tips that might could be applied for you if you are a vegetarian. So, you will always fit in the month of Ramadan.
1.      Mineral water
You as a vegetarian are advised to drink lots of water, as one way to avoid dehydration from the heat of the sun and air conditioner. Either the vehicle or in the office. You will feel your body stays fresh for a lot of drinking mineral water.
2.      Eating vegetables at dawn (sahur)
In order not to weary in the day, eat when the meal (sahur) to taste. Not too much but also not less. 4.      Consumption of vitamin
