One health problem that often complained when  fasting is a recurrence of ulcer disease. This results from the digestive tract we do not get food or drink for about 14 hours. Based on medical studies, fasting had a positive impact on the health of the body, especially the stomach. For people with ulcers or gastritis, fasting in Ramadan can be regarded as the proper way to cure the disease.
It occurs when a fast increase in stomach acid and will return to normal after the fast is completed. When fasting, the stomach will hold a process of adaptation to a changing diet, so often in the early days of fasting increased complaints of stomach ulcers. It also needs to be applied when fasting, so that worship can be carried out as possible without stomach upset. There are some simple tips to keep healthy during the fast hull: Do not miss breaking dawn and do not delay.
