8 Ways to Overcome PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome)


Based on the research of the American College of obstetrician and Gynecologists, about 80 to 85 percent of women in the fertile period had one or more symptoms of PMS, often occurs in women aged 25-35 years. Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) are commonly geting by three out of four women. Two weeks before menstruation, a woman can get 150 strange symptoms. One complained of nausea, bloating, breast pain, acne, mood changes or even loss of appetite.
PMS has certainly made the women uncomfortable. What is the causes of PMS? According to research, before menstruation, women get the changing in hormone levels of estrogen and progesterone. There is also a report that says PMS is caused due to decreased serotonin. Serotonin is a brain chemical that makes a good mood. Loss of serotonin can make women feel upset.

7.      Another solution to the pain-reducing medicine which either chemical or herbal. are now widely circulated free of chemical drugs over the counter (OTC) and herbal medicine and who claim to be able to reduce symptoms of PMS and menstrual pain.
8.      Traditional recipe which comes from the ginger, turmeric, mangosteen fruit and crown of the god is also claimed to be able to overcome complaints from PMS and menstrual pain.
