Reduce Your Joint Pain


Sometimes joint pain caused by bursitis (inflammation of the bursae). Inflammation of the bursae are fluid-filled sacs that cushion and pad bony prominences, allowing muscles and tendons to move freely over the bone. Some of Joint Pain Symptoms include: redness, stiffness, swelling, and pain in the joint area. That was the beginning signs of arthritis.

There are many causes of joint pain include:
1.      age factor. Joint health disorders can affect anyone, although it is more widely experienced by those aged over 40 years. Increased risk of joint disorders with increasing age is believed to be associated with higher levels of use of the joints, reduced muscle strength, weight gain, and reduced ability to regenerate cells.
2.      Injury or a certain part in the joint operation increases the risk of disruption to the affected joint later in life.
3.      Excess body weight is closely linked to problems in the joints, especially in the knee joints that support the body weight. The risk of someone experiencing joint disorders known to 4-fold increase in those who were overweight on their body.
4.      High-intensity physical activity may provide excessive overload on the joints and increase the risk of injury. However, the intensity of physical activity are light and can actually strengthen and maintain healthy joints.
5.      Smoking can increase inflammation in the body thereby increasing the risk of disruption in the joints.
6.      Genetic or hereditary factors
7.       Another cause of joint pain include arthritis, aseptic necrosis, cartilage, bone tumors, fractures, kesleo, atautendinitis.

Before you get joint pain, it will be better if you do the following PREVENTION
1.      Eat less red meat, especially organ meats, because the innards contain a high purine can increase uric acid production.
2.      Reduce alcohol consumption. It make uric acid.
3.      Drink Water. High concentrations in body water can dissolve uric acid.

If you've already felt the pain of joints, warm bath, massage, and stretching exercises should be done as often as possible to reduce joint pain. The drugs that can be consumed is anti-inflammatory drugs that can help you reduce pain and swelling.
