Cholesterol in the body can cause various diseases. High cholesterol is not only experienced by fat people. There is fat in the body composed of cholesterol. It called LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). These fats can be attached to the blood vessels. Bad cholesterol is not soluble in water. The body will fail to burn. If the body can not burn the cholesterol, then it will be accumulated and turned into fat lipids.
While the good cholesterol which known as HDL (High Density Lipoprotein), is to dissolve the fat content of LDL in the body. Normal cholesterol in the body is 160-200 mg. The buildup of LDL content should be prevented in order to remain in the normal state. High cholesterol will cause harm to your health. High cholesterol will spur the fatal heart attack, causing arterial rupture and the dangers of obesity.
So, you must control your colesterol if you want to be healthy. Here are some tips that you can control the cholesterol in the blood.
1.      Avoid stress.
Stress contributes much to our food intake and body weight. When people got stress, it is usually caused by many pressures in their life, may be family issues, economic, lesson or work. From this pressure, they usually eat high cholesterol foods and sleep deprivation. One way to control your cholesterol is to avoid stress. Get used to getting enough sleep and make your body relax.
2.      Try to consume more fiber foods such as wheat, beans, vegetables and fruits.
 All fruits and vegetables contain fiber. So, all fruits and vegetables are also capable of lowering cholesterol. Fiber can bind to cholesterol, so do not circulate in the blood. While vitamin C to control the balance of homeostasis or kolesterol.You must remember that vegetables that rich in vitamin C is enough quite soft-boiled. If it matures, the vitaminswill be lost.
