LET’S CYCLING


Cycling has become a trend or new lifestyle that is loved by the people of Indonesia from various ages. The mushrooming of the cycling community is one indicator of cycling. Why? Basically, the bike is fun. Why not? With cycling we will get a myriad of health benefits for our bodies. Then, with cycling as well, we will be free from the highway congestion that has always been a problem for us. Other benefits of cycling, we have assisted nature of the ozone problem. This is because the bicycle is a pollution-free transportation. Let us imagine, how much smog vehicles disappearing every day if we get used to cycling when we doing our activity? It will be good not only for cyclists, but also to other people who can breathe fresh air because of the reduced use of motor vehicles. Finally, our earth will also be helpful for the global warming issue. Exciting is not it?
If we connected the health benefits of cycling with our bodies, it will be very much health that we will get if we exercise bike like:
1.      Ordinary bicycle, or static, is an excellent exercise to improve fitness, at the same system your joints will become more flexible.
2.      According to Prof. Froböse and the team at the Center of Health of the German Sports Academy of Cologne, cycling can improve the quality of the immune system by allowing the body to protect  itself  from viruses and bacteria. Cycling is an exercise method that has the most benefit to strengthen the immune system.
3.      Our heart will be healthy. With cycling, heart rate increases and breathing becomes heavy, but that does not mean running out of breath. It may improve blood circulation and reduce the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and heart disease. Cardio exercise such as this are thought to reduce the risk of death from heart disease by 22 percent.
4.      Cycling can Improve mood. Some research shows that cycling is proven effective in reducing stress and depression. In addition, this activity can also help improve your confidence and make you more self-respect. You can divert attention from the things that worry and devote time to yourself.
Exciting is not it?  By cycling, we will health , helping others to breathe fresh air, and we will free from the stress. Waoowww AMAZING .....!
