Who does not like milk? Surely you will answer yes if there is an offering of milk. Milk is a delicious and healthful beverage. Inside a glass of milk contains many nutrients needed by your body. However, a surprising majority of people prefer soft drinks and coffee. This is because our society awareness to drink milk is still very low. This is confirmed from the results of the survey the level of milk consumption in Indonesia was ranked lowest among the other Asian countries.

Proteins is in the milk can boost immunity, we are more fit and not easy to get sick. While vitamin A, D, B6 and riboflavin can maintain healthy skin and eyes. Other content contained in milk is a mineral which consisting of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, essential for strong bones and teeth. In addition, these minerals can maintain blood pressure. Maintaining the working muscles and prevent muscle cramps or pain that usually appear as PMS. Without the need for supplements, drinking enough milk 70% of calcium the body needs are met.
Amazing is not it? Now aftert we know little about the benefits of milk above, now we should start getting used to drink milk every day. Indeed, the benefits of milk can not be felt directly on the body, unlike aspirin. But if we are diligent in taking milk every day, then the benefits will be felt in the future.
