Diabetes including most disease suffered by people in Indonesia today. Blood sugar of diabetics on average above 200 mg / dl (in fasting conditions, 2 hours after meals) or above 126 mg / dl in fasting conditions. 1.        Eating Healthy

2.        Think healthy
Trying to manage stress with positive thinking and increased relaxation. Use your free time for a vacation at all times in a comfortable place.
3.        Healthy Rest
Bed rest in a day is 6-8 hours (sleep well). Try to sleep early and wake up early.
4.        Healthy Activity
Having sex in a healthy manner. Sports for pre diabetes 4-5 times a week and for people with diabetes at least 6 times a week with a time of 30-60 minutes.
