Healthy by Doing Fasting Regulary


Rasulullah SAW said "Shumuu tasikhu" (do fasting, then you will be healthy). when we do not fasting, most of us would be too excessive in eating, which is actually just indulge the pleasure of the tongue, not the needs of our bodies, and bad again if the food we eat is not  good in terms of our health. If we eat too much, we will easily to get sleepy, lazy to work and prone to disease. However, with fasting, the digestive organs and other organs will break, or at least the work will be lighter, so that the workload is not heavy.
Departing from the above factors, consistent in fasting Sunnah is the most powerful means to make us to be healthy. Some of the sunnah fasting which recommended by Rasulullah is fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, bith fasting, fasting of David, fasting six days in Shawwal, etc.. Scientifically say that fasting is also proved very useful to overcome various diseases, both liver disease, common diseases, and diseases associated with the body.
Here are some of the benefits of doing fasting, both  mandatory or sunnah fasting consistently
Ø  Narrow your meal and blood flow which incidentally is the flow of satan, and thus become weak whisper.
Ø  Weaken lust, evil desires and wants of sinners so that the spirit of being healthy (not stained).
Ø  Reminding people who fasted that among his brothers who shaum / fasting, there is poor people, so he wants to love, cherish and help them.
Ø  As a method of education of the soul, purification of the heart, view and maintain control of the body of sin.
Ø  Fasting is a secret between the creature / servant with his God, because nobody knows shaum / fasting except yourself and God Almighty. This will train our honesty.
Ø  Fasting / shaum is coupled to sit in the mosque with Al - Quran, read and weep as well as keeping the tongue and eyes from things that are haram.
Ø  As a means of unifying the muslimim
Ø  As the eraser errors and crime.
Ø  It can provide health care for the body, because it empties the stomach of the destructive things, resting the digestive tract, cleanse the blood, normalize the liver, brighten spirits, cleanse the soul and to foster morality.
Ø  Realize that we are being dwarfed in the eyes of God.
Ø  A victory of a Muslim to beat his lust, a Muslim victory over himself. He was half of the patient. So people who are not aging too fast until he will never be able to control himself, and would never be able to overcome his desires.
