Understanding about the way of body's metabolism is one of the keys to losing weight. Therefore, this is the way our bodies convert food into energy that keeps us moving and active.  If the metabolism of the body’s rotates are fast, the calories will burn fastly. If  your body burns much calories, it is easier to lose your weight. Beside a lot of movement and exercise diligently, actually, there are many ways you can do to help speed up the burning of calories and fat that has accumulated in the scrape of your body.

Tea is a healthful beverage contains caffeine, which is a stimulant that can increase the amount of calories burned. When you drank, you can fell that you like get a lot of energy, which means you will be more engaged. Caffeine can also cause changes in metabolism that makes a lot more calories burned.
Some research indicates, green tea have the greater benefits than the caffeine  contains on it. A research noted a decrease in food intake in rats fed polyphenols found in green tea. Other research which published by researchers at the University of Lausanne Switzerland indicate that green tea has a heat-producing compound than caffeine and fat burners. When 31 healthy men and women were given a beverage containing catechin, caffeine and calcium for three days, their energy use for 24 hours increased 4.6 percent. In the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition September 2006, researchers found that drinking tea at meals also provide influence. Tea extracts may interfere with absorption of carbohydrates in the body when consumed both simultaneously.
A study also showed that green tea can increase metabolism also function as an antioxidant and antiaging. Green tea extract can increase metabolism and help burn fat. Some researchers speculate polyphenols, especially catechins, are responsible for fat burning process.
