Maximize the Potential of Your Brain

Basically in order to perform basic skills such as the ability to absorb the lessons, the ability to focus on doing things in a fairly long period of time, the ability to remember everything that has been studied and the power of creativity is shared by all people. But unfortunately not everyone is able to hone the latent potential in himself and do something which they aspire.
Encountered a lot of people who have many hours to reading notes or textbooks in the school but none of the sentences can be memorized. Change your bad habits into good habits that you do repeatedly so that it runs on autopilot. Formation of new habits will form a new cell connections in the brain, and if done regularly and repeatedly it will actually strengthen old cell connection. As a result, the good habits that were once very difficult to do would be easy to put into practice because you unconsciously have been planting them firmly in your mind and to guide yourself in the act. Beside the description above, a good diet full of nutrients is a must. You must consume them every day. Eat fish that are full of omega 3, vegetables and fruit will help your brain to be potential. Look for other references of foods that can help you to increase your brains to be potential.
