How to Keep Healthy Eyes

The eye is one of our vital organ. By our eyes, we can choose between good and bad in our lives. The eye is also one of fascination for a person looks or beauty. For that reason, they cost a lot of courage to keep their eyes healthy. Actually we do not have to spend that much if we do regular eye care of them, the eye is identical to vitamin A because it is good for eye health. one way of eye health care for the eye to maintain cleanliness
Below are the way to keep healthy eyes
1.      Nutrition for the Eyes
Recent studies show that vitamin and antioxidant group can prevent, or at least slow the growth of cataracts and macular degeneration. Good nutrition for the body is also good for the eyes.
2.      Using of sufficient light

Avoid too much smoking and drinking excessive alcohol, as this can make your eyes look tired. Smoking has adverse effects on blood circulation around the eye area. If you have diabetes, it is suggested regular check-ups, because if ignored it can affect the eyes. Try to also keep your blood pressure and cholesterol
