Water Teraphy

In a previous article I have described the need to drink enough water. Drink at least 8 liters of water per day. But not only that, we are also commanded by Prophet Muhammad SAW to promote civility in the drink. Take a sitting position, because it is a process of health  we are in case. In this article I will give you the tips on water therapy. A medical therapy that is very cheap. Anyone can perform this therapy without any cost at all. The materials needed are already available in our home with abundant. Simply you prepare enough cooking water. If you've prepared, you are ready to implement this therapy. 
You should not assume trivial with this therapy. This therapy is a beginning of the process of our body's health. As we know water therapy, the risk of disease that settles in our bodies will be reduced and eventually will be lost.  My water therapy classified as follows: 
1.  Drink 2 glasses of water after waking up to clean the internal organs. This signifies that the food we eat during the day, of course, leaving debris buildup in our bodies. Not to mention the people who like to smoke and drink coffee. This of course will increasingly leave the seeds of disease that settles in our internal organs. With this therapy we helped clean up the dung. 
2. Drinking water 30 minutes before a meal can help the whole digestion and kidney function. Digestive and Kidney workload we will become lighter if we routinely consume water according to our needs. 
3.  Drinking a glass of water before a bath can lower blood pressure. 
4.  Drinking a glass of water before bed can prevent stroke and heart attack. 
That's some water therapy that we can do every day in our activities. Easy right? Let's try it from now. May we always be healthy
